Due to a variety of factors, no guarantees can be made that you order will be shipped the following business day. Items listed as being available for shipping within two weeks are handcrafted to order and will ship as soon as all items in your order have been completed. If your order contains items that are available immediately and items that are available for shipping within two weeks, all items will ship when the last item is available for shipping. If you would like to have your items ship as they become available, please place separate orders for each item or group of items. All items are shipped via UPS. Shipping is available to every location that UPS serves. > Refund and Return PoliciesDamaged items: All claims for damaged, broken, or other loss must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Please inspect all items upon delivery, and report claims to Incolay Classics at 800-462-6529. Satisfaction guarantee: If you are not complete satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of delivery for store credit or a refund of the cost of the returned item, less your shipping costs. All sales are final for items listed on our Specials page and for all sale items. For these, all sales are final. Contact Customer Service at 800-462-6529 for a return authorization (RMA) number. There will be a 25% restocking fee for items returned without a return authorization number.
